About Us

Rebuilders was founded in 1989 by George and Dawn Smoak. George started in 1962 at the local Caterpillar dealership as summer help. After quickly advancing within the company to the top producing salesman in 1974, he left to start his own company offering heavy equipment parts, sales and service. This resulted in the founding and selling of another track business and early retirement. Being too young to retire and enjoying both the customers and the work, Rebuilders was born. George brings a total of 52 years experience to the heavy equipment industry. After joining George in 1981, Dawn adds another 33 years experience to the mix. Together as husband and wife, and business partners, they are able to handle all customer needs.

Rebuilders offers all undercarriage, engine, transmission, ground engaging tools, rubber tracks, tires, final drive, cutting edges and end bits and mini excavator parts.

We sell undercarriage parts for equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, feller bunchers, minis and track cutters.

Parts in stock include- rails, top and bottom rollers, sprockets, idlers, track adjuster kits, shoes, rubber tracks, cutting edges, end bits, final drive parts, trunnion parts, pins and bushings, seals, dual cone floating seals for a large variety of uses, wear strips and hardware.

We sell parts for the machines including-Caterpillar, Dresser, Case, Bobcat, John Deere, Kobelco, Takeuchi, Tigercat, Komatsu, Fiat, Hyundai, Koehring, Bantam, Mitsubishi, Furukawa.
